The German Electronic Securities Act has established the rules for issuing crypto securities. Chartered Investment, through its subsidiary E-SEC GmbH, supports crypto securities issuers as a cryptocurrency securities registrar. Jointly with Chartered Opus, a new offering has been defined and the first crypto securities was issued under the Electronic Securities Act in 2021.
